Retail Manager – Leeds Boutique

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring, passionate and visionary Retail Manager to lead our Nespresso boutique in Leeds’ Trinity Shopping Centre. You will be responsible for the daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commercial objectives into clear KPIs and set goals for the team.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with wider business goals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Align employee work schedules with sales plans to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
• Model and nurture a culture of outstanding service and best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Act as a passionate Nespresso brand ambassador and promote the brand purpose.
• Inspire, support and develop the team, leading by example.
• Deliver a local calendar of events, product launches and promotions to engage customers.
• Ensure safe, compliant day‑to‑day boutique operations.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practice and employee relations.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and challenge where needed.
• Experience making strategic decisions and action planning to drive results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
