About the role
We are looking for a passionate retail manager to lead an Oysho store in the London area. The role involves driving commercial performance, managing the team and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced fashion environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse commercial and product data to improve sales and productivity.
- Oversee the store’s operational tasks.
- Motivate and develop your team.
- Act as an ambassador for the company’s sustainability projects.
Required profile
- Proven commercial acumen and track record in retail.
- Strong people‑management experience.
- Understanding of high‑level customer service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
