Retail Manager – Sheffield Meadowhall

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring, passionate and visionary Retail Manager to lead the Nespresso boutique at Sheffield Meadowhall. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, optimising the store’s success and achieving KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commercial objectives into clear KPI’s and set goals for the team.
• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with wider business goals.
• Align employee schedules with sales plans to ensure appropriate floor coverage.
• Model and nurture a culture of outstanding service and best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Lead local events, product launches and brand awareness activities.
• Ensure safe, compliant day‑to‑day operations of the boutique.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong people‑development skills and solid understanding of HR best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and challenge where needed.
• Experience making strategic decisions and action‑planning to drive results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
