About the role

Join Sky Retail as a Retail Sales Advisor in Southampton, where your personality and conversation skills turn everyday shoppers into loyal customers. You will work on the shop floor of West Quay Shopping Centre, helping visitors discover the entertainment and technology products they love.

Key responsibilities

• Engage customers with confident, friendly conversation to understand their needs.
• Demonstrate Sky products and services, creating memorable in‑store experiences.
• Identify sales opportunities on the spot and recommend tailored Sky packages.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while supporting a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and follow health‑and‑safety standards.
