Retail Sales Assistant – Edinburgh

About the role

Mountain Warehouse is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its Edinburgh store on the Royal Mile. You will help create a welcoming atmosphere, maintain high presentation standards, and ensure health, safety and wellbeing are prioritised.

Key responsibilities

• Team Collaboration: work harmoniously with colleagues, share knowledge and support training of new and existing team members.
• Operational Excellence: assist daily store operations, process transactions efficiently, keep the sales floor clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Customer Engagement: build strong connections with customers, address inquiries promptly and provide tailored advice.
• Sales & Performance: help the team meet and exceed sales targets and support store management in identifying growth opportunities.
