Retail Sales Assistant – One New Change, London

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique at One New Change in London. The role focuses on delivering a premium customer experience and supporting the brand’s growth. You will work in a luxury retail environment, representing a B Corp‑certified company committed to sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Supporting customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and delivering service‑oriented sales while promoting the unique Nespresso brand experience.
• Acting as a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Required profile

• Retail experience, ideally from a luxury background (or equivalent skill set).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident and charismatic.
• Ability to rapidly build strong working relationships with customers.
