About the role
We are hiring two part‑time Retail Sales Assistants for our Nespresso boutique in Kingston. The roles are 32 hours per week (including weekends) or 16 hours per week (weekends only) and focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the boutique and adapt service to meet their needs.
- Support customers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and promote the Nespresso brand experience.
- Deliver service‑oriented sales and act as a proud ambassador for Nespresso.
- Maintain boutique performance standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a luxury environment (other sectors considered if skill‑set matches).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
