About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join the Nespresso boutique in Leeds on a part‑time basis (24 hours per week). The role involves delivering a premium customer experience and supporting the brand’s growth in a competitive retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers to the boutique and adapt service to meet their needs.
- Assist shoppers in finding their perfect cup of coffee and promote the Nespresso brand experience.
- Act as a proud and passionate ambassador for Nespresso, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
Required profile
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury setting, or equivalent skill‑set.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; confident and charismatic with customers.
- Ability to quickly build strong relationships with the customer base and provide support where needed.
