Retail Sales Merchandiser

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Merchandiser to work across stores in Wolstanton and the surrounding zone. The role is permanent, part‑time (10 hours per week) with a shift pattern of three Tuesdays, three Thursdays and four Fridays, starting between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. You must have your own vehicle and a full driving licence.

Key responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Unload and display new stock deliveries.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the store.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Build relationships with host management teams and identify sales‑boosting opportunities.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a friendly, polite and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in a customer‑facing retail or fashion environment is preferred.
• Sales or retail experience is advantageous.
• Access to an up‑to‑date Apple or Android smartphone.
• Own vehicle and a full driving licence.
