About the role
Join VPZ in Newbury as a Retail Sales Specialist, working 20 hours per week in a fast‑growing vape retail environment. You will earn £12.71 per hour plus commission, receive expert training, staff discounts and clear pathways for career progression.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer care and product advice.
- Drive retail sales and meet daily targets.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and perform replenishment tasks.
- Increase customer retention through consistent high‑quality service.
- Support the store manager and team with day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Previous retail sales experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Flexibility to work additional hours and overtime as needed.
- Legal permission to work beyond the fixed 20‑hour schedule.
