Retail Stylist – Part‑time (8‑hour shifts, weekends & overtime)

About the role

Join LS&Co., a global leader in denim, as a Retail Stylist in Brighton. You’ll work 8‑hour part‑time shifts, primarily on weekends and overtime, delivering the iconic Levi’s store experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide personalized 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for helping people express themselves through fashion.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is an advantage but not essential.
