Retail Supervisor – Battersea Pop Up

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Retail Supervisor to join our Battersea Pop‑Up boutique on a three‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) and involves delivering a premium customer experience for Nespresso, a luxury, innovative and sustainability‑focused coffee brand.

Key responsibilities

• Complete shop‑floor observations and provide feedback to the team.
• Utilise customer experience insights and coach team members daily.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.
• Facilitate team training sessions.
• Manage and resolve escalated complaints.
• Monitor and lead internal control processes.
• Conduct ad‑hoc audits.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory shop‑floor experience in the retail sector, preferably luxury.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment for Nespresso.
• Enthusiasm to coach, train and mentor sales assistants.
• Ability to maintain and support a positive, collaborative team culture.
