Retail Supervisor

About the role

Toolstation is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to join our Bourton on the Water store. You will be the face of the brand, ensuring customers receive excellent service while supporting the Store Manager and leading the team.

Key responsibilities

• Stand in for the Store Manager when required, motivate and engage the team, and coach staff to meet sales targets.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and assemble customer orders.
• Provide a friendly, efficient customer experience and encourage the team to do the same.
• Build relationships with customers, ensuring they leave with everything they need.
• Maintain high product availability, store standards, and a positive working environment.

• Team‑oriented, willing to get hands‑on and “muck in”.
• Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Reliable, flexible and enjoyable to work with.
