Retail Supervisor – Luxury Store (Stratford)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our luxury store in Stratford. You will be the front‑line leader who ensures the shop delivers a memorable, high‑standard customer experience while supporting the management team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store activities, including visual merchandising, stock presentation and housekeeping.
• Deliver personalised customer service and resolve queries to maintain brand reputation.
• Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to meet individual and store targets.
• Drive sales performance by meeting KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure health & safety compliance.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Sales Advisor in premium or design‑led retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for achieving sales results.
• Customer‑first mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and busy periods.
