Retail Supervisor – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

Join Toolstation as a Retail Supervisor in Newark, working 20 hours per week across early starts and late finishes. The role offers the chance to develop your talents, grow within the business and potentially become a future leader.

Key responsibilities

• Stand in for the Store Manager when absent, motivate and engage the team, and coach them to achieve sales targets.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.
• Provide a great customer experience with a smile, even during busy periods, and coach the team to do the same.
• Ask questions, build relationships and ensure customers leave with everything they need.
• Maintain high product availability, branch standards and create a fun working environment.

Required profile

• Hard‑working and passionate, focused on delivering great service (no prior retail experience required).
• Team‑oriented, willing to get hands‑dirty and help wherever needed.
• Positive attitude, ensuring customers have an excellent experience.
• Reliable and flexible, showing up when needed and being fun to work with.
