Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Glasgow Silverburn

About the role

DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company, is looking for a Retail Team Leader/Supervisor to manage stores in the Glasgow Silverburn zone. This permanent, full‑time position works 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with a pay rate of £13.71 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, delivering friendly, professional, and customer‑focused service.
• Maintain high visual‑merchandising standards and optimise product presentation to drive sales.
• Provide line‑management support and zone escalation assistance to retail associates.
• Follow operational processes and health‑and‑safety policies to ensure an efficient workplace.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, positive attitude.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle for multi‑site coverage.
• Ability to work independently following written and visual instructions.

Required skills

• Access to a device running Android 8.1 or later, or iOS 13.4 or later.
• Comfortable using mobile software and applications for scheduling and communication.
