Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Pudsey

About the role

Retail Team Leader/Supervisor role based in Pudsey, working 35 hours per week (Monday‑Friday) on a temporary contract from 07/09/2026 to 02/07/2027. The role involves covering multiple store sites within the Pudsey zone, travelling between locations using your own vehicle.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising to optimise sales.
• Provide line‑management support and escalation for retail associates.
• Follow operational processes and ensure a safe working environment.
• Use the mobile scheduling system to manage appointments across sites.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently following written and visual instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ mobile operating systems.
• Comfortable using mobile applications for scheduling and merchandising tasks.
