Retail Team Leader / Supervisor – Shoreham

About the role

DCK, a leading fashion jewellery company, is looking for a Retail Team Leader to cover the Shoreham zone. You will work across multiple store sites, driving your own vehicle and using mobile apps to manage schedules and merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent product presentation and visual merchandising standards to maximise sales.
• Provide line‑management support and zone escalation assistance to retail associates.
• Follow operational processes and health‑and‑safety policies to ensure an efficient working environment.
• Use the company scheduling system on your mobile device to manage appointments.

Required profile

• Supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Confident, positive interpersonal skills and a professional appearance.
• Full, valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Ability to work unsupervised following written and visual instructions.
• Access to an Android 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+ device.
• Comfortable using mobile software and apps.

What we offer

• Competitive pay at £13.71 per hour (35‑hour week, Monday‑Friday).
