Revenue Growth Specialist – 9‑Month Maternity Cover

About the role

As a Revenue Growth Specialist on a 9‑month maternity cover, you will own commercially critical projects that shape pricing, member growth and the use of data, experimentation and AI to build a smarter, scalable commercial operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial programmes end‑to‑end – from opportunity identification and business case development to cross‑functional delivery.
• Own member engagement and growth strategy, deepening value for existing trade members and driving initiatives across Product, CRM and Sales.
• Drive subscription performance by analysing the member lifecycle, reducing churn and implementing smarter commercial interventions.
• Shape pricing strategy through tracking, benchmarking, alerting systems and strategic evolution of the model.
• Build the case for intelligent operations, identifying AI and automation opportunities and delivering tools that accelerate the team.

Required profile

• Autonomous problem‑solver who can make complex decisions independently.
• Strong commercial and marketplace instinct to spot pricing, retention and value opportunities.
• Analytical foundation with the ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations.
• Persuasive communicator able to lead cross‑functional conversations and secure stakeholder buy‑in.
• Relevant experience in strategy, operations or growth roles, ideally within consulting or a fast‑paced digital platform business.
