Revenue Operations Analyst – Drive Commercial Performance

About the role

We are looking for an analytical problem‑solver to join our growing Revenue Operations function. In this role you will influence strategic decision‑making, optimise commercial processes, improve forecasting accuracy and identify opportunities that drive revenue growth across our UK Supply Chain Contractor Management division.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse commercial performance across marketing, business development, onboarding, account management and customer renewals to spot trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Build, maintain and enhance revenue forecasts, monitor pipeline health and challenge forecast assumptions.
• Own and administer commercial commission schemes, ensuring accurate calculation, validation and reporting.
• Monitor CRM adoption, data quality and sales‑process compliance, recommending improvements to governance and workflows.
• Produce executive‑level reporting and actionable insights to support commercial leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong forecasting and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Experience working in a commercial, sales or revenue‑generating environment.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and confident challenging existing processes.
