Revenue Operations Manager – SaaS Scale‑up (Hybrid)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑growth SaaS business as a Revenue Operations Manager. You will work across customer and partner functions, improving systems, reporting and automation to support rapid scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise customer and partner management platforms to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
• Build a single source of truth for commercial data and create dashboards that surface revenue performance, growth opportunities and risk.
• Identify and implement automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Support forecasting, capacity planning and performance reporting for Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
• Connect fragmented data sources to provide a complete view of the customer and revenue journey.
• Use data insights to flag churn risk, uncover expansion opportunities and drive commercial optimisation.
• Partner with Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Product and Marketing to align on revenue goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Revenue, Commercial or Growth Operations within a SaaS environment.
• Track record of helping start‑ups scale to a scale‑up stage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience building reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Understanding of customer lifecycle metrics such as retention, churn and expansion.

• Power BI (or similar reporting tool)

• Salary £50,000‑£60,000 per year, dependent on experience.
