Revit Technician

About the role

If you are a Revit or BIM Technician looking for a new career, join our Asset Information Team. You will create, modify and maintain Building Information Models that support Facilities Management across a large asset portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, ensuring they reflect the latest asset data.
• Manage information in the Common Data Environment (CDE) so that new or revised data is correctly issued and accessible to end users.
• Carry out surveying and validation activities to confirm the accuracy of existing and newly acquired asset information.
• Produce model content that complies with internal standards and best practice.
• Support the overall quality of asset information used for Facilities Management purposes.

Required profile

• Strong working knowledge of Revit Architecture and Revit MEP.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma and ISO 19650 BIM standards.
• Proficiency in BIM modelling best practice, drawing and document control, and COBie.
• Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) engineering data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and DiRoots is advantageous.
