RF & Microwave Sales Engineer (Remote)

About the role

MHz Technologies Ltd is seeking a remote RF & Microwave Sales Engineer to drive business growth for advanced RF, microwave and millimeter‑wave products. You will act as the technical bridge between leading manufacturers and customers across the UK and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with engineering and procurement teams of customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and promote RF, microwave and millimeter‑wave solutions.
• Prepare quotations, technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Support design‑in activities and liaise with principal manufacturers for accurate technical information.
• Track opportunities in a CRM system, contribute to sales forecasts and provide market feedback to suppliers.
• Participate in virtual customer meetings, industry events and occasional travel for visits.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in RF, microwave or millimeter‑wave engineering, preferably with experience in components, subsystems or test‑and‑measurement solutions.
• Proven technical sales or applications engineering experience in the RF & microwave sector, including defence, aerospace, medical or communications markets.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into commercially viable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with engineers, buyers and senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely and manage a pipeline with minimal supervision.
