RICS Residential Surveyor – Valuations & Lease Specialist

About the role
Our client in Stratford is seeking an experienced RICS Residential Surveyor with a focus on lease valuations. You will deliver Level 2 residential valuations and surveys across London, producing high‑quality reports that meet RICS standards.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out RICS Level 2 residential valuations and surveys.
- Produce clear, accurate and timely survey reports.
- Identify defects, risks and maintenance issues and provide recommendations.
- Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage workload to meet agreed turnaround times.
- Travel across the Home Counties to conduct inspections.
- Perform lease valuations and advise on lease extensions.
Required profile
- AssocRICS or MRICS qualification (preferred).
- Minimum 3‑5 years’ experience in residential surveying.
- Proven experience completing Level 2 Home Surveys.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction.
- Technical knowledge of residential property leases.
- Excellent attention to detail and report‑writing skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

What we offer
- Salary £47,500 – £50,000 per annum.
- Car allowance or use of a company pool car.
- Standard Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑17:30 working hours.
