Risk Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Risk Analyst to join a leading social enterprise in the Housing Technology sector. The role focuses on operational risk management, supporting a positive risk culture and helping to embed the enterprise risk management framework across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of the organisation's risk framework and maintain risk registers.
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops and coach managers on best practices.
• Produce high‑quality management information, reports and trend analysis.
• Assist quarterly reporting to Audit & Risk Committees and coordinate risk event reporting.
• Provide advice on basic insurance queries and support business continuity planning and testing.

Required profile

• Demonstrable commercial experience in operational or enterprise risk management.
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
• Highly organised, analytical and inquisitive with the confidence to challenge constructively.
