Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Malmaison Cheltenham as a Room Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering immaculate guest bedrooms each day, ensuring a perfect stay for our visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all guest bedrooms to the highest standards on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment using provided chemicals and equipment.
• Interact with guests in a courteous manner, using conversational English.
• Follow set shift patterns, typically between 9 am‑3 pm, five days a week.
• Support the overall housekeeping operation by working independently when required.

Required profile

• Good spoken English.
• Ability to work independently for periods of time.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role.
• Flexibility with shift start times and willingness to discuss alternative schedules.
• Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a high‑standard hotel experience.
