About the role
The Peninsula London is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to join its prestigious housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms and residential spaces are immaculate, comfortable, and ready for arrival, contributing to the hotel’s reputation for exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personalized service to guests, following Peninsula Principles.
- Maintain guest preferences and update profiles through daily communication with the housekeeping supervisor.
- Turn over rooms efficiently, handling queue and makeup rooms as required.
- Coordinate with the minibar/amenity team to replenish supplies before final room checks.
- Assist with monthly inventory of chemicals, cleaning equipment, and minibar stock.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong passion for high‑quality service and hygiene standards.
- Excellent time‑management, organization, and adaptability.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to cover night‑shift duties.
