Room Attendant – Luxury London Hotel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Room Attendant to join the Housekeeping team at Kimpton Fitzroy London, a historic luxury hotel in the heart of Bloomsbury. The role involves delivering high‑standard cleaning and guest‑service experiences in guest rooms and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh guest rooms by changing towels, making beds and cleaning bathrooms.
• Restock amenities and ensure rooms are fully equipped and presentable.
• Respond promptly to guest queries and concerns with a courteous attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in public areas as required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel cleaning, room attendant or public‑area cleaning.
• Well‑organized, energetic and able to work flexible shifts.
• Polite, pleasant personality with strong customer‑service orientation.
