Rooms Division Internship – Hospitality Experience

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a Rooms Intern to join its Rooms Division team. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to housekeeping, front office, and guest services in a luxury hotel set in the English countryside.

Key responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping with cleaning and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Support front office operations during guest arrivals, departures, and daily tasks.
• Provide a warm welcome, answer guest queries, and help with directions and requests.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with Guest Services to ensure personalised guest experiences.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
