Rota Nanny – Richmond/Kensington (London)

About the role

This position is for an experienced Rota Nanny to support a UHNW family based between Richmond and Kensington, London. The role operates on a one‑week on / one‑week off schedule, providing continuity of care for children aged 8‑16. It combines hands‑on childcare with organisational duties and occasional travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality childcare on a rotating weekly schedule, working alongside a second nanny.
• Manage school runs, homework support, and extracurricular activities.
• Plan and organise playdates, birthdays, appointments and family travel.
• Maintain tidy, well‑organised children’s spaces and wardrobes.
• Act as primary liaison between parents, schools, tutors and household staff.
• Assist with packing and creating age‑appropriate experiences during domestic and international trips.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a rota nanny in UHNW households.
• Understanding of neurodiversity and varied learning styles.
• Professional, discreet and reliable with a commitment to long‑term continuity.
• Valid DBS check, paediatric first‑aid certification and clean driving licence.
• Flexibility to work live‑in or live‑out and travel as required.
