RTA/OIC Fee Earner – Official Injury Claims Portal

About the role

Bond Turner is seeking an experienced RTA/OIC Fee Earner to join its Official Injury Claims Portal team in Liverpool. You will manage disputed and admitted liability cases, ensuring accurate and efficient progression through the portal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of case handling in line with firm procedures and quality standards.
• Review medical evidence and value both tariff and non‑tariff injuries.
• Assess claimant’s losses and vehicle‑related losses, including credit hire.
• Gather and review evidence for liability‑disputed matters.
• Draft liability witness statements on behalf of claimants.
• Issue proceedings via the OIC Portal and comply with Small Claims Court directions.
• Attend conferences with counsel and draft necessary legal documents.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or fee earner with proven experience in RTA/OIC claims.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Drive, determination and ambition to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
