Safety and Security Manager

About the role

Join the pre‑opening team of Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch as the Safety and Security Manager. You will be responsible for protecting guests, members, team members and assets while ensuring the new luxury hotel meets the highest standards of safety, security and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all security, safety and risk‑management programmes across the property.
• Oversee day‑to‑day security operations and coordinate with law‑enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• Manage and document all guest and internal accident and incident records.
• Conduct thorough investigations of criminal activity and other incidents, maintaining discretion and procedural integrity.
• Implement and monitor health‑and‑safety, fire safety, food‑hygiene, public‑health and trading‑standards compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in safety and security management within luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of UK health, safety and security legislation.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering five‑star guest experiences.
