Sage Intacct Consultant – Finance Systems Optimisation

About the role

We are seeking a Sage Intacct Consultant to join a leading UK consultancy on a contract basis. The role is hybrid, based in London, and focuses on owning and optimising the Sage Intacct finance system as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of Sage Intacct from a finance systems perspective.
• Identify and implement improvements to workflows, reporting, and system configuration.
• Analyse existing finance processes, map end‑to‑end data journeys and eliminate manual work.
• Support integration and automation initiatives across multiple business systems.
• Enhance data quality, governance and reporting using Power Query and DAX.
• Provide user support, training and drive adoption of new processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Commercial and technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Sage Intacct in a systems, implementation or optimisation capacity.
• Proven track record of analysing and improving finance processes.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, integrations and data flows.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management across finance and wider business functions.
