Salaried General Practitioner in Dudley

About the role

This is a salaried General Practitioner position within a small, patient‑focused practice in Dudley, West Midlands. The practice benefits from a large primary‑care organisation that provides a centralised triage hub, dedicated IT infrastructure and national career development pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine primary‑care consultations for a stable patient list.
• Work independently on site, with support from a dedicated HCA, nurse practitioner, practice nurse, pharmacist and other team members.
• Manage patient contact requests through the organisation’s proprietary triage technology.
• Conduct occasional home visits (typically two per month or fewer).
• Maintain a balanced workload with no extended hours, weekend duties or traditional on‑call responsibilities.

Required profile

• Confidence to work independently; newer GPs are welcome.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, continuity of care.
• Ability to engage with a diverse patient demographic, including Pakistani, Nigerian and Kurdish communities.
• Urdu or Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.

Required skills

• SystmOne clinical system proficiency.
