Sales Account Executive – Field Sales in South East England

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive to join a market‑leading company in the South East. This field‑sales position offers extensive training, mentorship and the chance to build a long‑term career while working across Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business opportunities through face‑to‑face visits and presentations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, ambitious and driven to succeed in sales.
• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as retail, hospitality, telesales or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
