Sales Account Manager – Hybrid – £25k-£35k per annum

About the role

We are seeking two enthusiastic Sales Account Managers to join a well‑established retail solutions provider in High Wycombe. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will build a sales pipeline, nurture existing accounts and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business via cold calls, virtual meetings and face‑to‑face appointments.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery and specifications and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present products to clients.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Record sales and order information in the company system.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Desire and drive to sell with a high degree of self‑motivation.
• Previous B2B sales experience (desirable).
• Experience attending external client meetings (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
