Sales Account Manager – Hybrid – £30k‑£35k (High Wycombe)

About the role

We are seeking two motivated Sales Account Managers to join a well‑established retail solutions provider in High Wycombe. One position will be field‑based while the other will operate primarily in‑house, both reporting to the Sales Manager and working within a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting and arranging meetings.
• Conduct client meetings virtually, in person and via telephone or email.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery and specifications and close sales.
• Demonstrate and present products to prospects and existing clients.
• Attend trade exhibitions, conferences and industry meetings.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Record sales and order information accurately in the company system.

Required profile

• Previous B2B sales experience.
• Experience attending external client meetings.
• Strong desire and ability to sell.
• High degree of self‑motivation and ambition.
• Full driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
