Sales Administrator – Automotive Dealership

About the role

Join a well‑established main dealership in Orpington as a Sales Administrator. You will be the hub that ensures vehicle sales move smoothly from order to delivery while upholding high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Bring new and used vehicles into stock.
• Prepare and manage vehicle deal packs.
• Carry out vehicle history checks.
• Tax and register vehicles.
• Raise vehicle invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Process vehicle funding and used‑stock paperwork.
• Liaise with the sales team, finance companies and external suppliers.
• Ensure all administration complies with manufacturer and company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous sales administration experience within a main dealership (essential).
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to prioritise a busy workload.
• Professional communication skills with a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Reliable, trustworthy, flexible and able to work in a busy environment.
