Sales Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. In this role you will act as the key liaison between customers, internal teams, and energy suppliers, ensuring that every contract moves smoothly from sale to final processing.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and energy suppliers to guarantee accurate and timely contract processing.
• Liaise with both parties to resolve any issues that arise during the switching process.
• Collect missing customer information required to finalize contracts and ensure correct submissions.
• Coordinate supplier terminations and verify that all data is captured in internal systems.
• Monitor outstanding contracts, keeping records up‑to‑date and accurate.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to increase workflow efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams to reduce recurring administrative problems.
• Collaborate across departments to maintain consistent performance and high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer support, contract administration, or sales support.
• Strong ability to resolve customer and supplier queries with professionalism and urgency.
