Sales Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in Milton Keynes. The role supports the Sales Team and Office Manager in a fast‑paced environment, handling a variety of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Process sales orders and schedule deliveries.
• Advise customers and account managers of delivery dates.
• Quote spare parts and process parts orders.
• Handle incoming telephone calls and customer enquiries.
• Raise purchase orders with suppliers and the factory.
• Provide cover for colleagues during periods of leave.
• Liaise with warehouses and hauliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update customer spreadsheets and records.
• Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks.
• Support the wider team with ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous administration experience, ideally within sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.
• SAP knowledge is essential.

What we offer

• £12.71 per hour, full‑time (8 hours per day, start between 7:00 am‑9:00 am).
• Office‑based role in Milton Keynes.
• Immediate start with an initial three‑month contract and potential extension.
