Sales Administrator – Temporary Ongoing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy commercial team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The role is office‑based in Milton Keynes and offers an immediate start for a candidate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys delivering first‑class support to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Liaise with Sales, Logistics and Customer Service departments.
• Update customer and order information in internal systems.
• Monitor order progress and resolve delivery or order issues.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Produce quotes and support the wider sales team with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Provide additional support during busy operational periods.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Customer Service Administrator or Office Administrator.
• Comfortable processing a high volume of orders.
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive and able to work independently.
• Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Team‑player with an energetic, friendly personality.
