Sales Advisor – Bicester Village

About the role

As a Sales Advisor for Boggi Milano at Bicester Village, you will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming each client, understanding their needs, and delivering a personalized shopping experience both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service, promote the brand, products and loyalty programmes.
• Understand customer needs, present products passionately and guide them to the best choice.
• Build long‑term relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Promote omnichannel sales such as Click&Collect, Seek&Send and in‑store tablets.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Handle customer requests or complaints professionally with the Store Manager.
• Maintain store order and image in line with brand standards.
• Support omnichannel flows, inventory activities and cash operations in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion and customer service.
• Elegant, empathetic and relational communication style.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Positive, collaborative team mindset.
• Previous experience in fashion, luxury or premium retail is a plus.
