Sales Advisor – Luxury Garden Buildings

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Advisor to join our award‑winning team at the Malvern Garden Buildings showroom in Penrith. You will help customers select the perfect luxury garden building, providing expert guidance from enquiry through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing garden buildings that match their needs and preferences.
• Develop strong relationships by delivering exceptional, personalised service.
• Manage enquiries and follow‑up activities using our CRM system (training provided).
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturers to ensure a smooth end‑to‑end experience.
• Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive and results‑driven with a genuine passion for people.
• Available to work alternate weekends and a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
