Sales Advisor – Part‑Time (Garden Building Specialist)

About the role

Join Malvern Garden Buildings as a part‑time Sales Advisor at our flagship show site in Horsham. You will guide customers through the selection of luxury garden buildings, helping them create the outdoor space they envision.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and recommend garden buildings that match customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering a high level of service.
• Manage enquiries and follow‑up activities using the company CRM system (training provided).
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturers to ensure a smooth purchase process.
• Support sales targets by driving conversions and upselling where appropriate.

Required profile

• Available to work weekends and flexible to cover 16 days per month.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and results‑driven with a genuine passion for people.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to additional show sites in Hassocks and Newhaven when needed.
