Sales Analyst – Logistics & Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Analyst to join our team in Crawley. The role combines sales and logistics data analysis to support the Sales and Operations functions, driving efficiency across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse ERP logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain regular reports on key logistics and sales metrics using Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with logistics, supply‑chain and procurement teams to optimise processes, inventory levels and transportation costs.
• Monitor sales orders, backlogs and sales trends, recommending actions to improve performance.
• Evaluate vendor and supplier performance data to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives with purchasing, warehouse and sales teams to streamline workflows.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Office 365 – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Access).
