Sales Analyst – Market Insights

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Analyst to deliver detailed, account‑specific category insights and market analysis that support business growth. Based in Crawley, you will work closely with sales, marketing and other internal teams to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing by creating engaging presentations for current and prospective customers.
• Analyse product categories and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare and present data in agreed formats and timelines.
• Develop the research function, using data to influence business decisions.
• Produce regular market and competitor analysis reports.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and data providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including procurement, technical, supply chain and finance.
• Assist with ad‑hoc research assignments for the wider sales and marketing function.

Required profile

• Degree with a 2.1 or above in a quantitative or data‑focused discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics, preferably supporting sales or marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong ability to communicate complex data trends clearly.
