Sales and Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Sales and Customer Service Executive will join the Manchester head‑office sales team of Flow Student, the national student living brand. You will own inbound and outbound enquiries, guiding students and parents through accommodation options, converting interest into viewings and bookings while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and respond to inbound phone calls, emails and HubSpot leads, ensuring all contacts are handled within agreed SLAs.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls and follow‑ups to turn warm leads into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate activity records and a clean pipeline in HubSpot for reporting and forecasting.
• Support site‑based teams to meet property‑level occupancy targets and assist with sales campaigns and tactical pricing.
• Deliver professional, confident communication via phone and email, providing accurate product knowledge across all Flow Student properties.
• Track and clear aged leads, improve response times, and meet KPI and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Target‑driven with a strong focus on customer service and sales conversion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales managers, marketing, and on‑site accommodation teams.
• Organised and able to manage a high volume of leads while meeting strict response deadlines.
