About the role
This role is a dynamic National Account Manager position focused on private‑label retail across the UK. You will own national retail accounts with full commercial responsibility, driving sales, margin and strategic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver Joint Business Plans with national retail partners.
- Manage pricing, contracts, margin and lead commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, operations, supply chain and category teams.
- Lead customer meetings and strategic reviews to influence account strategy.
- Drive volume and margin growth, monitor sales performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing national retail accounts within FMCG.
- Strong commercial awareness with confidence in P&L ownership.
- Comfortable working in a margin‑focused environment.
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally without relying on hierarchy.
