Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Royal Air Maroc is looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to support and execute its commercial strategy across assigned markets and client portfolios. You will drive sales performance, enhance brand visibility, and build strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, corporate clients and other distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Implement local sales strategies to meet revenue and load‑factor targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate travel managers and other trade partners.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase bookings and customer loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
• Conduct sales visits, training sessions and product presentations for partners.
• Represent Royal Air Maroc at trade shows, industry events and partner meetings.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market developments and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in airline, travel or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and commercial mindset.
• Proactive, results‑driven and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent English communication; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with airline sales systems.
• Experience with GDS platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools.
