About the role
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive occupancy across our portfolio of 15 central London business centres. You will generate leads, build a pipeline and nurture broker and client relationships to deliver revenue growth for our flexible workspace solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Drive occupancy for 15 central London sites.
- Self‑generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve revenue targets and growth.
Required profile
- Proven commercial real estate sales experience.
- Track record of increasing occupancy and revenue.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

- Base salary up to £45,000 per year.
